Happy Monday, Best Buddies!

So, many are curious about my "Crab" goal. Actually, it is a bridge move with alternating toe touches. I seem to be able to do one on each side and then...boom, I fall to the floor!
The attached photo is a bodybuilder demonstrating it! If only I looked like her....LOL



CURRENT GOALS: March/April
* Idiot Box consistent weight of 165 by May 6
* Bodyfat at 27% by May 6 (last reading 27.9%)
* Macros consistent: Average 65%-70% fat, 23%-26% protein and 9% (or less) carbs, with NET carbs always less than 20 grams daily
* Consume more fiber within the daily carbs macro
* Continue to lift heavier at gym – increase reps on heaviest weights
* Continue HIIT during cardio work
* Do the “crab” move by May 6 – I know what this means


LONG RANGE GOALS: 2016
* Bodyfat at 25% or less (24%)
* Idiot Box in 150's (85-90lbs lost)
* Increased strength and flexibility

To put this in perspective: I applaud and yes, envy you for being able to do one on each side. I attempted to get into position and it was a no go, lol. I have no doubt you can do whatever you set your mind to!

Great goals HCB and thanks for the inspiring words of the week. I agree with them. This morning I was picturing a lunch binge and I had that moment to decide YES or NO. I picked NO and got a salad!

I have never seen that exercise I actually want to try! And I love her body! That is sort of my goal bod ! Keep it up HCB it looks like you are doing great!!!

Wow -- that is not an easy move. I will be waiting until I have total privacy in the house before trying it. But being brave enough to do a few with an audience present just might be a new goal.

@NicoleSB - that is the absolute TRUTH! You think "oh that is not so bad" until you realize all your weight is on your tricep and you better have great core strength and coordination!
