Ran yesterday and did a lot of lunges-my bum is in shock. I think I lulled it in to a false state of security-thinking I had retired from the wonderful world of lunges but noooooo! Surprise! Ouch.

My cat is sick. His name is Mine and we are visiting the vet later today. He is the last cat standing from the 5 kittens I adopted almost 20 yrs ago. I am feeling pretty stoic right now-will stay calm until I know more....

Weight is still hovering around 145. I think it was 144 for about a second but think the scale was sitting on a crack in the tile. Even I know that does not count! I have been very good lately too-so this is hard to accept. Do not know why I am surprised-it takes me ages to lose weight and I have to be very stringent with calories and carbs and tons of exercise. I am just not there yet but at least heading in the right direction.

I looked at my weight history and was shocked, shocked! to see I weigh 7 pounds more at 145 than I did on my best days this time last year. I think I have to join one of the calorie restriction clubs-have you seen them-a bunch of really skinny old people holding pot locks, sharing celery sticks and teaspoons of raw grain-is that the answer? I hope not!


HOLD THE PHONE! I just ran the numbers again and today I weigh 143! Messed up on the math-don't ya know! Since my scale decided to go all Euro on me and set itself to kg-I've been converting to pounds. I like the kg numbers too- they are a whole decimal point lower plus, when you go down a digit it's worth over 2 pounds. Yes-that is how sad I've become-playing mind games on myself. :)

Sorry to hear your puss is not well. Hope you get on OK at the vet. Its always a stomach churning visit isn't it?

did I forget to comment?? I am sorry.. How is Mine? (what a sweet name, I like how you name things lol) Your lunges sound like those hurt so good sore you know.. KEEP at them, I looked at your intake for ONE day and you need to up your fiber and protien woman! LOL on the kg.. I would have shot that thing.. I hate math (when I have to think that fast) lol... so glad the numbers are looking better!
