Feeling accomplished UNTIL I put my hands on my hips then It's like OMG this is ridiculous! All this fat that is living on my body. Make it leave.
Going to breathe...refocus...

I used to imagine (or wish) I could just vomit out all my fat and it'd be there, quivering in body shape as it hit the floor. Wouldn't it be nice if it was that easy. But it leaves slooooowwwwwwlllllyyyyy............ :)

I saw the doctor today. He suspended my diet, ordered new blood tests, and referred me to an endocrinologist and dietician. He said I need to take care of the hypoglycemia above all other issues. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me. Good luck in your goals; you will reach onrderland!

Good luck Sarah! I'm waiting on results from blood tests too, because of being dizzy and with unstable blood pressure.
