As I looked back over the last month, at first I felt frustrated because I had only lost 4 lbs. with this new diet app. Being diligent about recording food and exercise was something new and I felt I was consistent. Then it dawned on me that losing 4 lbs is really pretty good and I should celebrate. I purchased a new nail color - it's called purple diamonds and it shimmers!
My goal is to lose weight eating real food; not with processed food, powders, shakes, bars or pills. Learning to make smart choices even when I have to attend lunch or dinner meetings. Creating the will-power to avoid eating if nothing healthy is served.
