Another weekend gone, another weekend of a net calorie loss of ZERO!! I actually controlled myself better at our house party than I thought I would have. I usually would have drank a lot more beer.
I decided it's best to keep my profile wide open for anyone to view and comment so please feel free. It will help keep me acocuntable.
Any way, today is a new day I have come to a realization. I need to stop watching TV. That's when I do most binge eating and do nothing that enriches my life. When I stopped watching TV for a month back in 2008 I read a book, learned a bunch of cool recipes and just got out more.
Thoughts anyone?
