I marked that I followed my diet poorly as there is no option like "What diet?" or "How do you follow a diet when in an all included resort in Mexico for a week?" :o)

Ok, I'll stop rubbing it in. I had a great week of vacation but now is the time to hop back in the saddle an do some real work to get back to 190 and then start working on some serious stuff. I'd really like to go down to 180 for the summer, I'd feel great and would probably look not half bad as well.

To keep me focused, I intend to weight in every day and see how that goes. So from now on, no meetings with Mr. Nutella before going to bed and small, single portions for meals.

Buy the little containers of Nutella like the ones they have for peanut butter in restaurants then its harder to eat too much.

Hehehe Lakeontario, thanks for the suggestion, but even at that, I'd probably get trough a few containers, and it's not really handy with three kids at home, it would take an awful lot to keep them satisfied. I'll just resort to water and early bedtime. Should do the trick to withdraw and then I'll be alright.

Yeah Draglist, that is a bit sad that we grade how we enjoy something by the amount of weight gained during said thing... (just being philosophical here). :o) Thanks.

Ha, I did the same, left the week away as a blank in FS. Gained a bit of weight but went right back to my pre-vacation lower calorie eating and the weight came mostly off by the end of the following week so don't fret! Still have a couple pounds left to go but I think I've also been cheating a bit :D
