Facing a setback
You dentist will likely give you some idea of timing for meals - it shouldn't be that long that it will throw off your diet. If anything, water will keep you full Smile

This sounds like an odd one but if you drive a lot try lowering how warm the cabin is as you will find your body naturally burns more calories when it is trying to keep itself warm.

That and load up on water - I never drank anything but coffee for years and when I started filling up on water I had no room for sugar cravings (after a week or so.) However, this doesn't work if you drive for a living unless you have a huge bladder...
