Yahoo! Getting back to pre-vacation gluttony weight ;-P
166.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

One of the things I love about Low Carb is even when there is a gain, if you hop right back on track the loss comes fairly quickly! Great job!

I generally do 16:8. If I am hungry I listen to my body and eat something I have planned but if I am not I let it go and sometimes that turns in to a 24h fast. We go with the flow over here..

I maintain a 16:8 on my wife's work days, she always wants a big breakfast on her days off, though and I get thrown off at least a couple of times a week. It's all good though, she may be having pancakes, biscuits, whatever, I stick with LCHF!

When I see my guy we tend to eat later and it throws me off as well. I stay LCHF and make another dinner for our girls, He generally will eat what I eat but he is not LCHF yet. We recently got engaged and plan to move in together in late April. He has talked of doing more low carb but not completely. I do wonder how it will all play out. I have seen with my parents how hard it can be when you are on separate paths in a couple.

That's pretty much what I do and I am fine unless I weight to long to eat😜 Less vacation I haven't veered off course. Ty for the support :)
