Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 05 March 2016

I've decided to start making more of my non-fast days as low carb days so I'm going to attempt to make my Sunday a low carb day since I indulge heavily on Saturdays.

I want to hit that 99.9kg mark before my birthday in April :D :) I am sure I can achieve this at the current rate I'm going but I want to guarantee I can do it!!!

I slacked up last week and only went to the gym on Monday and Tuesday. Did about 350km of driving on Wednesday so that made me feel too fatigued on Thursday and Friday was no excuse but laziness.

Getting my mind back into focus next week and it's time to up the ante!

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 March 2016:
