I love it 2.6 loss for the week, but what I love the most was making good choices over the weekend....it just shows me that I can do it...even though it was a stressful weekend with my mother....not enough sleep on my weekend off really stinks...maybe tonight!! Today on MSN is an article about 11 things to do if you need to lose over 50 pounds... One that hit home with me is the reason I want to lose weight, which is for better health, more energy feel better....and then vanity...While, this is going to be a very long journey that will be filled with a lot of emotion...I don't have any other choice, but to continue on and try to learn and cope with stress....
