Fixing dinner for tonight. Chicken breasts pounded out flat, mixed: fat-free cream cheese, green onions, parsley, garlic. Put inside chicken and rolled up with a slice of turkey bacon on the outside. Now to figure out the calories...First time cooking turkey bacon, have to say it isn't as bad as I thought, even my youngest boy said it was pretty tasty. Smells like bacon, but doesn't taste exactly like it, but close enough. I don't usually even have bacon around. Walked for an extra 15 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph. Feeling good. Nice and cool outside too, ac is OFF.

Christy you can use Canadian type bacon too, very low in fat and very tasty!
