Used the treadmill this morning, so far so good. I didn't jog quite as much as I usually do (5 minutes at least). I seem to be able to jog more in the afternoons on it, when I've eaten/drank more. I put on my capri pants yesterday and they were baggy! Can tell this walking/jogging thing is working... no surprise, exercise does it, just wish it was super fun to do LOL.
