Happy Tuesday. Not sure what to expect from my weigh in tomorrow. I been good, I been bad, I eat healthy, I eat bad foods. I am human.

I am happy that I am more consistent with tracking foods M-F since the beginning of the year. This past weekend, I came in third in a FitBit weekend challenge amongst 5 others from my office. The winner logged over 51K steps, 2nd place logged over 46K steps and I came in 3rd with over 39k steps. I had too much to drink on Saturday evening I just couldn't push it on Sunday to squeeze in 8K more steps to take second. I will get better and better as I keep looing the pounds.

Took a day off from work yesterday because school was cancelled for the kids due to a small snow storm. Being home is either a hit or miss for me in terms of discipline with food choices. Yesterday was a miss.

My target RDI today will be only 25 to 50 percent of my RDI to balance out yesterday and Sunday evening.

Keep hanging with it Ches. Short term we all have ups and downs and I wasn't too good this past weekend either. But sticking with it over the long term including making adjustments as you're doing today is what is most important.

Not giving up. If I could push through my Sciatica pain during my miles this weekend, I can do this. It is not a race. I can visualize the pounds coming off and I feel great about that.

Good job participating in those challenges! That's awesome. I thought about getting a Fitbit, then settled on an Apple Watch. I love it, I've had it for three weeks now and it really keeps me motivated and challenged to complete the "rings". I wanted a HR monitor and it's pretty accurate as I manually take my HR to check it. I think any of these apparatuses are awesome and a big step toward reaching your goals. I believe you are on the right track! Good luck and keep up the goooood work😉

I am motivated by the replies and support so far. Thanks all. @Rockiesfan, I will take that 2.5 as a challenge and work hard tonight when I get home. I think I have 50 minutes left on Act of Valor. I got this.
