ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...

i have decided to have the proceedure done. in my situation and with the pain, weight stagnation, hormone's...blah, blah, blah...it will be worth it to try this and see if it helps...

on the veggie issues...i have been trying to add veggies to everything i eat...nothing fun or inventive...i think im destined to not like the majority of veggies...lol...i did have brussel sprouts the other day that were sauted in butter (i know), diced garlic, adn something else...i didnt make them...they were really good...YES, i liked them...

we bought my car the other day...here are a couple of pics...it is a jeep liberty...

i have been keeping up with everyones journals i think...since i know that im missing some, i have to go back to the origional diet and since they have changed the process i have to basically start over...my chart will say that i just started instead of two years ago...hopefully everything else will stay the same...have a great day...

Good luck and my prayers will be with you. I had a complete/total hysterectomy about eight years ago. I had real mixed feelings at the time as well but wasn't given another option although I tried. I received the "at your age" lecture. Finally came to terms and it ended up great. I felt so much better and my life changed tremendously. I didn't realize how bad I really felt until I suddenly started feeling SOOOOOO much better. However, I didn't lose any weight. Wish you the best! And, good luck with adding veggies!

I am glad you came to a decision. That is half the battle. I am hoping that this will be the answer for you and you can start feeling better soon. I did not want to offer advice before but quite a few of my younger friends have had this recently and with much success. Good Luck and take care of yourself. Do you have to wait a long time to get in? Also I love the car.

Hi! Check your messages! Also, I find that low-fat ranch dressing is the best solution to making veggies good tasting - even cooked ones.
