Just started to read the dietdoctor.com web pages and i am so pumped up and ready to go...like fine tuning my own diet and I call it (super charging) with the knowledge now....if you hit a slump is suggest that you check it out..so much info it will that days to finish. Several of my own buddies keep telling be about this web site and finely this morning spent a hour on it reading. Some times we don't know what we don't know....
