Woke at 219.6, same as yesterday. Had a great day of eating yesterday until the evening where I went crazy snacking on homemade cinnamon rolls. Which of course got me started on other stuff. At least I didn't go over my burn. Lots of shoveling today for cardio. Have a great Sunday. UPDATE: Finished 1 hour and 38 minutes of shoveling, which my Fitbit recorded as walking. Got my daily Fitbit goals for miles, steps, and calorie burn done! I really feel the workout! Ate one last cinnamon roll and Ezekiel bread toast with PB&J and then went out. Got a pretty good 215.4 weigh in despite all the extra carbs.

Carbs to me are like liquor to an alcoholic. If I don't have any, I don't crave any. However, once I start, I tend to binge. But no one ever said that a good binge once in while wasn't a good thing...LOL

Thanks Bill and Jamaica!!! ON the diet front: Me and my boyfriend are going to the gym now 1-2 a day!!! Using Treadmill and Step up machine now! :)
