Not too large of a drop...and today I'm eating like an asshole... so we shall see what happens. Yesterday I did do T25 which is way more physical activity than I usually do and I only drop .2 of a pound...but I can't tell if that's just because I might need to poo - LOL! I want to be a bit skeptical now of the weightloss but...I have to remember I burned off 3 pounds in one week... and that's only what I can actually measured...I could have burned even more than that! So got to stay positive because there's no reason to not be positive!

I bought some probiotics I'm going to try tomorrow. My goal tomorrow is to hit the gym and do T25 as well as take down my Christmas stuff. We need to grocery shop too...so maybe we'll hit the gym really early in Moreno Valley, then go to Costco and do grocery shopping. Seems super crazy productive but I have so much energy right now. I'm day two with no BulletProof Coffee and I'm feeling pretty good actually. This 5X Trim is pretty decent I think minus a slight constipation thing.
175.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
