Had a tough day with hunger today, something I haven't felt since starting LCHF. I let go a lot of fluid today but I resisted the temptation to weigh myself again. I might do it on Saturday. Yesterday after the fast, I only ate 90% of my calorie goal but didn't feel hunger then. Maybe it caught up to me today. Anyway, will make sure to get enough fat tomorrow.

Diet Calendar Entries for 21 January 2016:

@EDC1972: Yes, I have read everything Diana Gabaldon has written. Can't wait for her next installment (book 9) which she is working on now. There are excerpts on her website. Also can't wait for the TV series to start back up this spring!
