Not sure how I did it... but I weighed 176 pounds this morning... is it possible to loose 1.5 pounds in 1 day?! I didn't even work out yesterday... I'm ending my period so maybe it was like period weight or something...whatever it was...it's AWESOME! If I'm at 176...then in essence I am back at the weight I was before Christmas break when I was doing well! :D Woot... we'll see what tomorrow brings.
Maybe it's that 5X Trim thing...if so... I'm excited and I'm telling the frick everyone! I'll wait and see but I am beginning to wonder if I'm getting constipated. I'm going to go buy some body cleansing pills today. It could be the high fat, low carb I'm attempting too... but... I do find that the apple cider vinegar in water w/ apples is keeping me from being hungry too. I'm hoping it is also helping me to push my poop out! LOL!
