Tomorrow is my lose 20lbs 9 wk program challenge....today I had my blow out and I will do my starting weight for this challenge in the morning. My mind is set and focus is on target....hope stays this way.

To strike a blow to my belly fat I have done a lot of research on targeting the belly fat. I am mainly fat in the belly and skinny every where else.... I am what you call a Carbo Junkie. This is My own diet as I have come down from 255lbs to 220lbs. I have now discovered this Fatsecret Web program and it gives me new excitement to work harder....This is a great site if you are a fat person like me. Exercise Is also part of my own program. since I am retired I have the time to do this. In the morning for two to three hours every day I ride one of my 5 different bicycles. I have more than one so as not to get bored. Mon. Wed. and Fri. I walk about 5 to 6 miles which is about 1 1/2 hours. No riding that day. Not too fast but not a stroll either. The food I eat is nothing white. No bread, rice, potato, noodles and etc. I am not a big eater of meat but not a vegetarian either. No starchy vegetables. All other vegetables eat all you want. Chicken, beef, pork, fish is eaten in small amounts. My main protein is from beans and lentils of any variety. Stir fry cabbage or Asian style Cole slaw. Now this is the way my diet is suppose to be,,of course I some times cheat.
