December was a terrible month. LOL. but here I am working out and eating right again, let´s see by next Monday how much I can loose
172.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

December was a totally awful month. I have gain so much weight that I'm ashamed of myself. All the weight I lost I just gained it back. I have nothing else to say right now. I'm not even on a diet. I don't know where to begin.

@Crystel Brown well. start like you did last time, one step at a time, maybe try working out a few days a week and use same meal plans you did when you lost the weight, there´s no reason to feel ashamed, is not the end of the world, as long as we are willing to try to change it, is not the end of the world. I'm going to take your advice and take it one day at a time, one step at a time. I have been feeling sorry for myself but I'm done with that. The weight came back fast because I started eating cards again. That's where I'll start. Thanks so much. Hugs right back.
