My diet has been extremely random for the last 2 weeks due to the parents visiting and some undue stress. Making a concerted effort this week, salads for lunch, plenty of fruits and water and starting gym tomorrow. Need to lose a few kg's by my Italian stallion's visit next week!!! Heeellllllpppp!!!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
