My next goal is 85 kg, and hope to reach it by the middle of 2016. This has all become more difficult than ever. Not only am I hungry all the time, and currently on holidays, but my RDI is lower than when I first started on FS. Life would be so much easier if I was still allowed 2100 calories. Anyway, as an uncle of mine used to say: Forward!!!
