Augh!
193.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is maintenance still 3000 calories? What's your plan, NM? I browsed your meals and favorites, and they're mostly healthy, mostly whole foods. Is this just a quantity thing? Or a splurge thing?

I've been seeing some breads recently. Calories are inconsistently logged, but I know I'm within maintenance calories. It's consistency that I lack at this time of year. I'm getting better at work. I keep telling people "You should have some of those chocolates. They're awfully tasty." This is in hopes of fueling their addiction so that they nasty little things are beyond my grasp. Some just choke them down, but the stupid things keep showing up. :(

I completely understand Northern. This is my off week for exercise. Unfortunately my eating has been off as well. It just seems that it's harder this time of the year. Everything seems to involve eating poorly. Keep strong and good luck.

Maud. You got it wroing. I will assimilate! :) Right there with you, herder. Yeah, the 16 hours darkness is kind of rough. 8 AM, I drive to work in the dark. Sun is down by 3:30 PM now. Days are still getting shorter.

In those kinds of conditions, you'd find me curled up on the sofa with a good book and my dog.
