Sorry I haven't posted lately. Found an app on my ipad for 21 day fix and have been logging in there to count the containers...however, it would probably be more effective if I actually had the containers with me versus just guessing, right?

Thanksgiving day I ate too much. Day after Thanksgiving was wonderful, and ate a TBSP portion of most of the dishes (about 35 to choose from) but was able to get in a walk to the river with friends. Nothing says Thanksgiving to me than spending time with about 40 people in a large house -- kids, adults all ages, and good conversation. It makes my holiday season.

Been house sitting and dogs/cat/bird sitting for Mom. She comes home today, so I need to get some wash done and dishes done. Looks like it's going to rain today - joy. We've had a bunch of rain this year --- and we need some landscape work done, but the trucks would tear our yard all up if they ventured in our yard. We're told they need to wait till the ground is drier....which may be next summer. Sigh. Was so looking forward to creating flower beds and now are just a bit limited.

You know - I've come to experience there are a few times where husbands are just sexy. Wearing a tux is right up there....but working out with my husband is just as hot. Was thinking of looking into doing Tai Chi. Anyone have thoughts?

Knocking out a few dishes....later folks! (still walking dog(s) about 3 times a day, and trying to get running in on elliptical - when I am home).
