Hello all! Can someone tie a rope around my waist and drag me along please? LOL I suck! LOL I am so lazy these days. I just don't know how to get myself back in gear. To make it worse, my workout buddy is going to be gone for a while. Maybe I can just starve myself until my workout buddy returns LOL just kidding. No but seriously, I am struggling to get back on track. I know what you all are thinking; I have to do this without my workout buddy. I know...I know...

well i only started this whole "diet and excercise" for the first time in my life a few days ago, because ive always been slim and athletic, ive jst gained about 14lbs since i finnished education aka left sports teams lol... and i dont have a workout buddy so i know how u feel when its hard to motivate yourself on your own! i try to do 'fun' excercise when i'm on my own so i will stick it out til im finnished with no one to push me along... i dance around the living room to the music channel, go to the beach and walk along the sand for 30 mins (walking on sand burns way more calories and i get to checkout the pretty view)... etc

We all have this struggle...its hard sometimes, but you will find the motivation again.

Aw thank you averagegirl! That is a great idea...I need to do fun excercise. I love to dance and should try that as well!

idk atkins to well, but just sounds like you just need to refocus, find your own motivation to get YOU through this.

Rope? Tie up? Maybe your workout buddy might come back quicker if he knew that you wanted to tie bondage into yourworkouts lol. I keed, I keed but you can find something to concentrate on to get your motivation. Maybe you can sign up again for boot camp?

Butterfly!! Girlfriend!!! I feel your pain!!! I just can't get on that exercise train at all. :( But we must keep trying! Dancing is excellent for you. YOU can DANCE!!! Have you been sticking with a food plan? What kind of plan are you on? Do you keep a journal? I know. I know. Too many darn questions!! I find that if I at least stick with my food plan faithfully, I'll lose a little and if I toss exercise into the mix I'll lose a little more. Do that dance to your favorite song if you know what I mean.....LOL. Love ya, Girl! Miss you too! :-)

Aw MB! I love ya too lady...yep I am going to dance my butt off! I am trying to get back in the habit of journalizing my food intake again. I think I lost a couple more pounds. I didn't get on the scale this morning; however, my clothes feel loose. Today my co-worker noticed. I was like right on... :D I have a great Tuesday!
