The following is a list of milestones personal to me. I hope in the coming months I can start meeting these mini-goals, on my way to a healthy weight!
300 lbs - starting weight
270 lbs - a loss of 10% of my starting weight
260 lbs - 100 lbs to go
245.4 lbs - last recorded weight before wedding/pregnancy (March 8, 2014)
240 lbs - a loss of 20% of my starting weight
234 lbs - lowest recorded weight (March 4, 2013)
230 lbs - halfway to goal weight, 70 lbs to go
210 lbs - a loss of 30% of my starting weight, 50 lbs to go
199 lbs - onederland, 39 lbs to go
185 lbs - 25 lbs to go
180 lbs - a loss of 40% of my starting weight
164 lbs - a BMI of 24.9, a healthy weight for my height
160 lbs - goal weight

It's good to break down the total journey into goals/steps along the way. You can celebrate (in a healthy way) and be proud of each one as you get there. One day at a time, you can do this. :)

I love how you set up your goals, kind of cool! I want to be 167 but have to do 10 lb goals at a time. Baby steps for me....lol Glad to have a new buddy, anytime you struggle feel free to shoot me a private message. I know how it can be. Been as low as 128 and as high as 332 and know that sometimes talking to a bud helps. :)
