It doesn't answer the question about honey, but I can guess what that means - I lose 1/2 yellow if I choose to partake. I still think it falls under tsp, but too cheap to purchase the $72 actual kit with the exercise videos and the shaker bottle I do not need. Sigh. Winging it!!! Still it's actually 1000 times better than I was. And just think, I only gained 1 pound during the vacation week. That alone, speaks volumes!!!!
