I did better today. I just did my protein drinks and water and do not feel bad I dont even feel hungry wow. I am late putting this entry is so I hope it goes on the right dat which should be September 28.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
