I was quite busy today some running around shopping cleaning and what ever. I did not get all my protein or water in like I should it is my fault. I need to put myself first at times nobody else will. I did not eat to badly today but I will do my protein tomorrow and do better with this back on track where I want to be. It is all up to me.
