My training is going well. I kind of overtrained so I am taking a day off of any exercise today. I am watching my calories today since I am not active at all. I went shopping in the morning and cooked a delicious meal for dinner tonight. I need to pick up my friends at the airport later and that's about it for today. I am back to work tomorrow. Hopefully, I will be able to stay on track with my diet and exercise.

It sounds like a solid approach to me. Try to get it under 193 and you will be unstoppable. :-)

When is your first race? I am excited to hear about how it goes--I am still looking for my first race.

My first race is going to be October 24th. It's called the Great Pumpkin race :-) around a pumpkin farm! My husband and daughter are going to participate as well. It's going to be fun.
