So I decided not to do the laser thing again. And as for the cleanse. I did feel somewhat better but the goal to lose weight while doing so...unsuccessful. I spent Saturday feeling very sorry for myself when I stepped on the scale and realized that I had not lost an ounce. So after spending the weekend having a pity party, I went to this DR's appointment...blah blah blah...the doctor asks me if I have ever tried losing weight and been unsuccessful...but he is not concerned about my weight. So long story short..I have this cyst thing that one of the lovely effects is that it makes me struggle to lose weight. On one hand...I felt better that I wasn't just incompetent...but on the other..why try SO hard as I have been without seeing results? I went to Mcdonalds for lunch that day. It was yummy.
