Since I went camping, I've been trying to lose the 5 pounds that I gained...which for the record I didn't really get because I was very active..whatever. Its slow going so I decided to do a bit of a cleanse to get me back on track. I've been super stressed at work but going to spin class and biking, walking...still no loss. What the heck? I don't get it. Grrr.
