Personally, I believe that just tracking one's meals alone has a huge impact on one's calorie intake per day. It's very humbling to see how small serving sizes for many of our foods really are. In addition, pre-planning your meals and logging them can change ones behavior and habits long-term which is also helpful. 🤗 Welcome, I wish you the best I hope you have a fantastic time here.
