today is the last day of my mini staycay. I was able to get everything done that I wanted to. I decided to take today off from gym so I could finish some laundry and other chores around the house, kinda like spring cleaning but in the summer!!. I used these days to reset my diet and I can already feel a difference. The idiot box agrees but its not official till Monday. Hope it sticks. So since I'm nice and rested I plan to reset the alarm a bit earlier for my morning walk and breakfast before work. My day goes by better with breakfast.:) Hope everyone had a great day today!!
