Happy Labor Day, all! I have gotten off track with family off and activities, but mostly with spraining my foot ligament I have not waked this week. I expect a gain on the next weigh in, but am moving forward on the new day God has granted. I did not wear any of my summer clothes. I intend to get into my winter clothes.

Sorry about your foot. Hope you enjoyed the time with family. Take time to heal and do whatever you can to get into those winter clothes. I'm with you!

Thanks guys! I dread getting on the scale on weigh day. But it is what it is. My foot is mending. I get it checked on Friday, and I have been holding down the calories to try to compensate. We'll see.
