Why is it when you start your mood goes completely to poo and all you want is a BIG OLE CHEESEBURGER W/FRIES. Well I am resisting my temptation. not easy

That is my weakness food too! Whenever I am feeling down a cheeseburger meal crosses my mind at least 20 times a day! If i find myself at a breaking point I tend to just go to wendy's and buy myself a lil tiny ol Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. It gives me the taste that my sadness is craving but cuts the cal intake by far. Then I just make sure to do my best to burn it off with exercise. But still, it's best to fight it off altogether. Keep up the good work! :-)
