I'm really pushing myself to get exercise in every day. I figure if I do it will eventually just become part of my life as eating healthier has become. It is helping have my suspension trainer hanging in my living room as a reminder, it only takes a few seconds to take it down if I choose to.

Getting to the gym after work takes a couple hours out of my day. I do need to get back there to be able to do some different things. Hopefully that will be back in my routine in a couple weeks.

I am finding myself getting stonger and my body firmer. All is good even if my muscles complain a bit when I push them past their comfy zone. Every little bit is another cog in the journey to fit and healthy.

i have to sometimes force myself to walk out the door each morning and hit the park to get my morning walk. BUT my mom calls me at 8am on the dot to make sure im out there and then we talk while i walk, i use my bluetooth. it really helps.. Im also doing gym after work and what i do to help with that is make a bunch of dinners ahead so I can literally be free from responsibility after work. As a mom i have to remember to make time for myself.. and that means walking away from it all right at 7pm sharp bahahaha.. way to be lean and mean !! you got this..

Glen, I like having the options for the gym and home so I can mix things up. I really need to find the compressor air chuck for my bike, my tires are pretty flat. It's lost in my very messy garage somewhere. LOL a motivator to clean my garage...

Redgirl, sometimes having that exercise buddy commitment helps. I sometimes wish I had one. Good for you taking some me time, I wasn't able to do that until my kids were older.

I have heard that some people keep their car in the garage, but I think it's only rumours.

Yes, some folks do..... but you need a really big garage to do that.

Laughing. One car garage. I usually have my car in the garage...not right now. I need to spend a day clean it, haul furniture to my DD's as she hasn't come to get it. Stash stuff back in my attic as it's not back there after cleaning up after the coons. I start on it this summer and it starts raining.... jinxed like mowing the grass seems to create rain. Find the dang air chuck is one goal. ;))

Workout tonight was 30 min TRX video but I didn't do the last 10 min (planks) instead I started another 15 min pilates focusing on abs and planks so made up for that last 10 pushing it a little harder. I made it through most of that a few less reps here and there. Maybe next time I can push through it doing both workouts together.

Good job with the TRX...I see progress with the straps and dumbbells...used a 30lb today!

Good for you HCB!! I need to get to the gym and at those weights. I have a small set of dumbbells here that I have been using some. The gym means I don't get home until after 6. Cindy, it's trying to fit too many things in after work that is the challenge and still get to bed by about 8:30.
