So far this week has been a good week for keeping my points and drinking my water...hopefully I'll see some weight loss when I weigh in on Monday.
Taking that Stress Meditation class is also helping. I'm learning to close my eyes, take deep breaths and empty my mind by counting the breaths that go in and out until I fee tranquil and in control again.
So many mistakes have happened this week and I've been in crisis mode all week long with the guests that it's nice that they mention how wonderful we are in fixing the problems and they don't notice the stress and annoyance. So I guess the meditation is helping.
I'm trying to let go of the little stuff but it's hard because I want everything just so.
