The last 3 weeks have been an up and down cycle for me. First I stick to the plan then I fall off the wagon. It's been pretty stressful here at work and I need to find a way to make the plan work even when I'm under the gun at work.

Somehow or other, I need to figure out how to get away for an hour to go to Curves or walk.

I also need to find a way to eat nutritionally.

While I did not stick to the plan, I did not gain any of my weight back....BUT I DID NOT LOSE EITHER!!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 September 2009:

It is a frustrating journey... the days I eat too much and think I gained, the scale shows a loss and vice/versa... I don't understand it...this is not a quick fix journey... it is long and has a lot of hills and even a few mountains... but eventually you will get to comfort area... I join you on this journey along with all the others here at FS... with support and encouragement we will all get there...I read your profile and you and I are very similar, in age and I have 7 grandchildren and one more on the way.... Hang in there and if you find the time during your breaks... just walk anywhere... every little bit of exercise helps... Have a great day....
