Finally feeling the DOMs in abs, huzzah!! Did 100 crunches and decline bench supersets at the gym yesterday morning. Last night did the yoga abs followed by core workout to work off the four loko. Resume planks after a month or two lazing about and you really feel the burn in your gut.
