Started going to the gym again. Have to compete with roommate who went last night. Guys have it so easy, they can eat lard everyday, p90x for two minutes and watch the fat melt off. Everytime I slumped was cause I stopped for one day, like the weekend or holiday and never went back. I think I just have to go everyday even if it's only for 10 minutes, so I don't fail again. Probably a good habit to have too.
