Don't know how I got so lost. Won't bother filling the page with excuses. I know what I've got to do - now all I have to do is find the strength to do it.

So will try to get back on track today. Better to try and fail than never try at all.

CatHerder - Appropriate quote - am hoping it will get me through the next few days (1st 3 days are the hardest - getting the sugar out of my system and learning to eat on schedule again).

Welcome back BuffyBear - as has been said the only failure is in quitting and you're not doing that. We all fall off sometimes, just get back on the wagon, you can do it. :)

Hey there Buffster! I knew it was about time to see the rest of the gang coming back. Fall is around the corner and we want to look good riding on our brooms on Halloween, right? Hee! Hee! I am into the 16:8 ... not quite a week. I guess you can say I am eating Primal. I haven't given up the taters yet. I have a hard time with that while living with a meat and potatoes and pasta man. I can forgo the pasta but not the taters. First steps are how we get to where we want to be. Glad to be making those steps with you again! :o)
