damnit I forgot to login the luna bar yesterday; and although I had a small serving of pasta last night; it made me feel horrible; depressed; sweating; crying...... some things just don't work with me. note to self: don't eat wheat pasta. as if the nutritional content and calories is not obvious; it makes you feel crappy!

Well if you're crying because you ate pasta you have deeper problems then just feeling guilty because you ate something that doesn't fit into your diet. Maybe talking to somebody would help you, a friend perhaps.

Tulip, I agree. Sounds like maybe a depression issue that you have talked about before.

A lot of people feel crappy after consuming some wheat products or other foods that don't agree with their systems. The chips I ate today aren't settling well with me either. And that feeling can effect emotions too. Be kind to yourself. You can make better choices the next time.

What you are describing are celiac symptoms. Go to celiac.org and see if anything looks familiar.
