I've walked 3 days....today will make it 4. Did toning 3 days...yesterday kind of improvised. The exercise seems to motivate me 5o 3at better. Headed in the right direction anyway!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
