1200 Calories's Journal, 22 July 2015

Tonight was Waffle Wednesday so I had to curb my eating during the day so I could enjoy a waffle. It looks like I did pretty good. I do get hungry and I hope it will subside soon. I am eating 1000 - 1200 calories and that should be enough. If I eat more than that I don't think I am going to lose weight.
