It was a great week. Got 10k in 5 days at 7865 yesterday. Taking today off and will pick it up tomorrow.Met my water quota most everyday too, all but one day. Writing my goals/plan down every week has really helped me stick to it so I plan to do that this week as well. I hope next week flies bc Friday we are going out and Im super excited. Hope every one has a happy and healthy day !
