Ran in South Africa this morning -- must harder run than even Saturday! Had to go outside and walk off in the rain to cool down. Even AFTER the cool down, it took me a while to get to normal temperature again. At least today I was able to get a shower in! (Yesterday ran too late)

Hungry earlier today -- trying to hold off till 1pm, but I can tell you now, it won't happen.

Have a church meeting tonight and set up for the upcoming reunion this weekend. At least we're hoping to get that done this evening after the meeting. Hoping meeting will conclude at an earlier time than not.
