Didn't lose any wt. today, but I lost an inch in my waist. I've been doing a 30 day Keto diet for 29 days now. I've lost a total of 12 pounds in that time.Was hoping for 15 in 30 days, but I'm satisfied. Had a good breakfast, an Orange Nut Muffin I made myself. I make 90% of everything I eat, maybe more. I do not use any boxed or prepared foods. if I can't find natural ingredients, I don't eat it. And it is so much fun cooking your own food, as well as it tasting better than restaurant or grocery shelf types. I do not eat wheat either. There's lots of other foods to use in place of wheat. Almond Flour/Meal, same with Cashew, Flax, Coconut, etc. Had a German Cucumber Salad for lunch. Going to make a Turkey Broccoli Casserole for Supper. I went this morning to get X-rays of my feet. They have been hurting after I walk a 1/4 mile or so. I think it's arthritis, but I need to know for sure. Hope all here at Fat Secret have a great day.
