Yesterday was an average day, I did manage to cut the front lawn and go on an additional casual walk yesterday evening, I tracked it and it totaled 2.5 miles over 1 1/2 hours. Other than that I stayed within my calories but went over on my fat and was the eggs and trail mix that did it...oh well.

Yesterday's workout
Treadmill 50 minutes
Weights - 20 minutes
Walking - 1.5 hours

Body Fat - 24.2
Muscle Mass - 41.7
Body Water - 57.3
Bone Mass - 4.8
137.6 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you. This seems to be working for you, it looks like you know how do to it right for your body. When I see that you exercised for so long I wonder why I can't no longer do it... you make me wanna re-start right away when I see for how long you have done each exercise.
